As a highly accomplished 'T' shaped leader and multi-disciplanry designer, with 30 years of experience working at design consultancies, agencies and in-house, my expertise spans diverse design disciplines.
Most recently, I served as Head of Interaction Design at Barclays for over a decade. In this role, I built, managed, and expanded the bank's design capabilities, significantly enhancing its design operations.
My exceptional communication and problem-solving skills have consistently driven customer-centric and business-focused design strategies and outcomes, boosting operational efficiency and fostering interdepartmental collaboration, resulting in improved customer experience and profitability. I apply my specialised knowledge and business insights to see the whole picture and contribute to all areas and projects.
